Description

  • Improve supplier quality, on-time delivery, scalability, capacity, and production execution.
  • Lead new-product industrialization and project management across engineering teams and contract manufacturers.
  • Support supplier onboarding for new product designs.
  • Resolve supplier challenges affecting production and delivery.
  • Apply structured problem-solving methods to identify and correct process issues.
  • Engage suppliers internationally through travel of up to 50%.

Requirements

  • Degree in electrical, industrial, or mechanical engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience leading new-product industrialization and project management across engineering teams and contract manufacturers.
  • Strong knowledge of wire harness and FPC/FFC assembly processes and production design rules.
  • Practical experience with PPAP and structured problem-solving tools, including RCCA, fishbone analysis, process mapping, and 5S.
  • Direct experience improving supplier or contract-manufacturer quality, process capability, capacity, or production execution.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 50%.
  • Offers are contingent on a cleared background check and possible reference check.
