Description

  • Define and execute the quality engineering strategy for the Client Analytics Platform.
  • Establish testing standards, methodologies, quality practices, and release-readiness criteria.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web applications, APIs, distributed systems, and data platforms.
  • Build functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test suites across JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, .NET, Java, and Python applications.
  • Integrate automated quality controls into CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native environments.
  • Monitor and report testing results, quality metrics, performance, reliability, and risks.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Analytics, and business stakeholders on requirements, architecture, and quality expectations.
  • Support testing of reporting and analytics solutions using Snowflake, PostgreSQL, AWS QuickSight, and related technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and continuous improvement across quality engineering practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, quality engineering, or test automation.
  • Experience designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks for web applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Experience developing automated tests with JavaScript/TypeScript, .NET, Java, or Python.
  • Strong experience testing REST APIs, backend services, and data-driven applications.
  • Experience with cloud-native applications, preferably in AWS environments.
  • Experience validating data quality and testing relational or analytical platforms such as PostgreSQL and Snowflake.
  • Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
  • Experience leading quality initiatives, influencing engineering practices, and mentoring team members.
  • Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, leadership, and strategic planning skills; healthcare, regulated-industry, HIPAA, or analytics-platform experience preferred.
