Description

  • Own and evolve the quality strategy for the webhook solution.
  • Analyze the codebase, architecture, APIs, integrations, and business workflows.
  • Design and execute functional, integration, API, regression, and end-to-end tests.
  • Develop and maintain automated test suites across application layers.
  • Validate webhook events, payloads, responses, retries, error handling, and failure scenarios.
  • Test dependent-system integrations and identify integration risks.
  • Validate authentication, authorization, permissions, and security scenarios.
  • Define quality gates and release-readiness criteria.
  • Identify defects, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with engineers on resolution.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or Azure (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts (preferred).
  • Experience with performance testing tools (preferred).
