Description

  • Research and prioritize warehouse and distribution companies and their key decision-makers.
  • Engage senior executives through high-volume outbound outreach across phone, email, and social channels.
  • Book qualified introductory meetings for Account Executives.
  • Communicate the value of Loadsmart’s digital solutions to prospective customers.
  • Help craft creative and compelling outbound messaging for ideal customers.
  • Contribute to a high-performance sales culture within the Digital Sales team.
  • Develop SaaS sales skills with a path toward a closing role.

Requirements

  • 0–1+ years of sales or lead generation experience with a track record of hitting goals.
  • Strong communication, customer engagement, and organizational skills.
  • High energy, self-starter attitude with a growth mindset.
  • Ownership over learning and personal success.
  • Ability to work remotely from Mexico City.
  • Experience engaging senior executives or similar decision-makers is preferred.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales channels such as phone, email, and social outreach is preferred.
