Description

  • Drive B2B sales through Introducing Brokers across the LATAM region.
  • Organize and participate in seminars, events, and meetings with Introducing Brokers.
  • Identify Introducing Brokers’ pain points and develop tailored solutions and unique offers.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with Introducing Brokers to grow business share and long-term collaboration.
  • Develop a client base that generates at least $50,000 per month in deposits within the first 3–6 months.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and work effectively within a team environment.
  • Report directly to the Country Manager.
  • Maintain high standards of business ethics and professional conduct.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with proven sales and negotiation ability.
  • In-depth knowledge of the forex industry and product offerings.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • High standards of business ethics and professional conduct.
  • Likely current role as a Business Development Manager or Account Manager at an FX prime broker, liquidity provider, or ECN.
  • Experience in a regulated financial services or fintech environment is preferred.
  • Based in or focused on the LATAM market.
  • Availability to work fully remote.
