Description

  • Build, schedule, and send email campaigns according to the marketing calendar.
  • Maintain automated email flows, sign-up forms, list hygiene, and audience segmentation.
  • Update Shopify banners, product pages, collections, pricing, availability, and promotional content.
  • Create and maintain accurate, optimized, on-brand listings and images across sales channels and markets.
  • Own launch and promotion checklists, coordinate required assets, publish campaign materials, and complete post-launch resets.
  • Coordinate product distribution to paid collaborators and testers, including briefs, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with collaborators, affiliates, agencies, and partners while tracking deliverables and deadlines.
  • Review partner and agency invoices against agreed scopes and prepare them for approval.
  • Report regularly on email and store performance using GA4 or platform dashboards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, organize marketing assets, maintain the calendar, and track outstanding actions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or e-commerce execution.
  • Experience with direct-to-consumer e-commerce selling physical products.
  • Hands-on experience building and scheduling one-off email campaigns and automated flows; Klaviyo is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on Shopify administration experience, including product pages, collections, banners, and scheduled price changes.
  • Experience creating and maintaining marketplace listings using Amazon Seller Central or a similar platform.
  • Experience coordinating product launches or sales campaigns across multiple people to fixed deadlines.
  • Exposure to marketing reporting through GA4 or platform dashboards.
  • Experience serving as the day-to-day contact for external agencies or collaborators.
  • Strong written English, organization, deadline management, and attention to detail.
  • Basic image-editing skills using Canva or a similar tool.
  • Growth mindset, creativity, proactivity, accountability, and commitment to accurate, timely work.
  • Availability for full-time work, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, starting at 9:00 AM AEST / 7:00 AM Manila time, with no other ongoing client work during those hours.
  • Experience with outdoor, camping, automotive, or RV products, or Australian and United States markets, is preferred.
