Description

  • Plan, organize, promote, execute, and evaluate events in Singapore.
  • Identify relevant conferences, meetups, networking opportunities, and industry events.
  • Build relationships with event organizers, partners, communities, and industry contacts.
  • Represent WorkNomads at events and develop engaging offline experiences.
  • Manage social media channels and create content about events, products, company news, trends, and community activity.
  • Capture event experiences and transform them into social media stories, videos, and short-form content.
  • Create and manage email campaigns and automations supporting attendance, engagement, and community growth.
  • Collaborate on SaaS, product, and technology marketing initiatives.
  • Track campaign and event performance and apply insights to improve future activities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, event management, social media, or a related role.
  • Proven experience managing events from planning through execution.
  • Strong social media content creation experience.
  • Experience with email marketing and automations.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to turn ideas into action.
  • Experience with SaaS, technology, or product-related companies preferred.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and brand-representation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Based in Singapore and comfortable attending events and meeting people in the local market.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends during events.
  • Passion for continuous learning, collaboration, inclusion, and teamwork.
