Description

  • Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems with high availability and performance.
  • Design complex, high-performance backend services using Node.js.
  • Develop technical specifications and documentation.
  • Debug production issues and maintain existing code.
  • Participate in on-call rotations.
  • Work with the Bots & Automation team to build the next generation bot runtime platform.
  • Integrate and maintain services that interact with third-party APIs.
  • Build and support RESTful microservices and distributed microservice applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience building successful production software systems.
  • Strong programming skills in Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Good knowledge of WebSockets and data streaming services.
  • Experience with Java.
  • Experience integrating with third-party APIs.
  • Experience debugging and testing distributed microservice applications.
  • Knowledge of SocketIO, Kafka, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
  • Experience with Git, Jenkins, and other development tools.
  • Familiarity with basic DevOps tasks for deploying applications in dev/test environments.
  • Experience with Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Ability to work India remote with work timings of 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST.
