Description

  • Formulate and execute a go-to-market territory strategy to identify and qualify high-value opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using multiple prospecting methods.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process for complex, transformational enterprise technology deals.
  • Meet and exceed annual revenue quotas and growth objectives.
  • Engage decision-makers across Sales, Marketing, IT, and Contact Centers.
  • Present business cases to C-level stakeholders using ROI analysis and data-led insights.
  • Use the MEDDPICC framework to manage deals and support accurate forecasting.
  • Coordinate internal teams including Inside Sales, Solution Consultants, Legal, Marketing, and Professional Services.
  • Collaborate with Product and Success teams to bring the customer voice into the roadmap.
  • Work with regional partners to improve customer experience and support.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional sales experience.
  • 8+ years managing large, complex enterprise software sales and multi-million dollar deals.
  • Proven success in SaaS, BPO, e-commerce, or online marketing sales environments.
  • Experience with strategic value-based selling, including buyer group identification and complex business case development.
  • Strong understanding of transformational technology and AI applications.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles with disciplined CRM hygiene and pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with the digital transformation landscape in Asia Pacific, including local consumer behaviors and enterprise procurement processes.
  • English proficiency is required.
  • A growth mindset with openness to coaching and feedback.
  • An entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset suited to a fast-paced environment.
