Description

  • Design and develop modernized contact center as a service messaging and AI products.
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams while setting technical direction and best practices.
  • Partner with the architecture team to shape requirements and translate vision into scalable solutions.
  • Participate in Scrum teams and handle day-to-day engineering responsibilities.
  • Design and implement cloud-native applications that are resilient and scalable.
  • Integrate voice applications, platform SDKs, LLM-based AI solutions, and other product services.
  • Drive engineering excellence through test automation and quality-first delivery.
  • Work with the core platform team, architects, and senior engineers to solve brand challenges across voice, AI, and third-party integrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience building full-stack applications with Java and Node.js; Vue experience is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and architecting enterprise-grade SaaS products.
  • 2+ years of experience building real-time voice solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience shipping AI products to production is preferred.
  • Deep experience with cloud platforms and Kubernetes; GCP experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
  • Experience debugging and testing distributed microservice applications.
  • Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, and NoSQL technologies.
  • Experience building RESTful microservices.
  • Background in data analytics and reporting tools, especially for contact centers and conversational analytics, is preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading with technical expertise across engineering teams.
