Description

  • Architect and implement the technical foundation for independent install attribution and ad effectiveness measurement.
  • Lead the development of self-attribution capabilities across multiple platforms with privacy-aware measurement signals.
  • Build reliable sources of ground truth data to support AI/ML model training and optimization.
  • Collaborate with data science and machine learning teams to improve the quality and usefulness of measurement data.
  • Define technical integration standards for Unity’s role as a self-attributing network within the MMP ecosystem.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Ads, Data, Engineering, and Privacy teams on measurement strategy and execution.
  • Establish secure and consistent data exchange patterns with measurement partners and the broader ecosystem.
  • Own the vision and execution of Unity’s self-attribution strategy as a durable strategic asset.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of total software engineering experience, with a focus on ad tech, attribution, or large-scale data systems.
  • 7+ years of senior engineering experience in high-growth environments.
  • Deep technical expertise in Golang, Java, or C++.
  • Strong understanding of mobile measurement, self-attributing networks, and the MMP ecosystem.
  • Proven experience building data foundations that support complex AI/ML-driven optimization systems.
  • Experience designing high-throughput, low-latency systems that process billions of events in a privacy-sensitive manner.
  • Professional verbal and written English communication skills are required for frequent global collaboration.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position.
  • Work visa or immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
