Description

  • Partner directly with the Chief Growth Officer and client partner leadership to shape and evolve Livefront’s marketing strategy and priorities.
  • Define marketing focus areas and success metrics that support business and growth goals.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner on brand positioning, go-to-market efforts, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead planning and execution of marketing programs and campaigns across content, events, brand, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with leaders, sales partners, content creators, designers, and subject matter experts to align messaging and storytelling.
  • Create, distribute, and amplify content across channels including events, social, and the website; serve as Editor-in-Chief of the website from a marketing perspective.
  • Guide Livefront’s approach to events, conferences, sponsorships, and community engagement.
  • Build and document foundational marketing processes, workflows, tools, and best practices, and establish methods for tracking effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manage HubSpot activities including clients, accounts, segments, and CRM data to support go-to-market and account expansion efforts.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to support the Growth team in landing new logos and executing land-and-expand strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, ideally within consulting, services, agency, or digital product environments.
  • Proven experience owning and evolving marketing programs from strategy through execution.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, content marketing, events, and campaign management.
  • Experience with HubSpot and familiarity with marketing tools/platforms (analytics, CRMs, email, social).
  • Comfort partnering directly with senior leaders and influencing without formal authority.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining a high bar for quality.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, leadership, and creative partners.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High personal organization and discipline with a demonstrated hunger for personal and professional growth.
  • A demonstrated care for the craft of high-quality marketing and an appetite for building processes and teams over time.

Benefits

  • Base and incentive compensation of $150,000 - $180,000 per year (inclusive).
  • Remote role (candidates in Minneapolis or Dallas markets noted).
