Description

  • Build ROI models and business cases for customer rollouts.
  • Analyze large operational datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
  • Create customer-facing impact reports that explain the value delivered.
  • Compare pre-rollout and post-rollout performance where data is available.
  • Define metrics for customer success, operational efficiency, staff performance, response times, task completion, and adoption.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to improve tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Build internal tools, templates, and frameworks for repeatable ROI analysis.
  • Speak directly with U.S.-based customers to collect assumptions, validate data, and present findings.
  • Support Sales and Customer Success with quantified value stories and customer-specific business cases.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Strong experience analyzing business or operational data.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and solid SQL skills.
  • Proven experience building ROI models, business cases, or impact reports.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, for customer calls with U.S. teams.
  • Ability to work independently on ambiguous problems.
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or with enterprise customers (preferred).
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase, or similar (preferred).
  • Background in hospitality, stadiums, workforce management, field operations, logistics, or facilities (preferred).
  • Experience creating executive-level reports or customer-facing presentations (preferred).
  • Prior work with Customer Success or Sales teams (preferred).
