Description

Build ROI models and business cases for customer rollouts.
Analyze large operational datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
Create customer-facing impact reports that explain the value delivered.
Compare pre-rollout and post-rollout performance where data is available.
Define metrics for customer success, operational efficiency, staff performance, response times, task completion, and adoption.
Partner with Product and Engineering to improve tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
Build internal tools, templates, and frameworks for repeatable ROI analysis.
Speak directly with U.S.-based customers to collect assumptions, validate data, and present findings.
Support Sales and Customer Success with quantified value stories and customer-specific business cases.

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role.
Strong experience analyzing business or operational data.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and solid SQL skills.
Proven experience building ROI models, business cases, or impact reports.
Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, for customer calls with U.S. teams.
Ability to work independently on ambiguous problems.
High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Experience in B2B SaaS or with enterprise customers (preferred).
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase, or similar (preferred).
Background in hospitality, stadiums, workforce management, field operations, logistics, or facilities (preferred).
Experience creating executive-level reports or customer-facing presentations (preferred).
Prior work with Customer Success or Sales teams (preferred).
