Description

  • Gather and validate Finance and Supply Chain requirements across R2R, O2C, and P2P domains.
  • Analyze business processes and contribute to scalable, maintainable ERP solution designs.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and configuration inputs.
  • Ensure functional deliverables meet quality standards and ERP configuration best practices.
  • Document future-state business processes and functional designs.
  • Perform functional testing, create test cases, and validate system behavior.
  • Support go-live readiness through user training, documentation, and post-deployment validation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system usage.

Requirements

  • Hands-on ERP experience with strong functional expertise in R2R, O2C, or P2P.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or Finance & Operations.
  • Ability to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into ERP configurations and process improvements.
  • Experience documenting business processes and functional designs clearly and systematically.
  • Experience with functional testing, including test case creation and system validation.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments and participating in planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across business and technical teams.
  • Detail-oriented, quality-focused approach to functional delivery.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Ability to be based in Portugal or Germany.
