Description

  • Maintain Salesforce health, security, governance, compliance, and user access.
  • Configure and manage workflows, Process Builder, Flows, and other automation.
  • Protect data integrity through data management, de-duplication, and security practices.
  • Support audits, system updates, release management, upgrades, and platform performance.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for business teams.
  • Analyze Salesforce data to inform decisions and improve operational processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline workflows and business processes.
  • Manage Salesforce integrations with third-party technologies.
  • Drive adoption through training, documentation, user support, and helpdesk response.
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce configuration, performance, and integration issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Active Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
  • Experience in consulting, systems integration, or implementation services preferred.
  • Experience with Analytics Studio, Tableau, or other reporting tools preferred.
  • Experience managing Salesforce integrations with third-party technologies preferred.
  • Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including user training and support.
  • Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer without visa sponsorship.
  • Must reside in AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WI, or Washington, DC.
  • Not open to third-party or C2C candidates.
