Description

  • Implement end-to-end GenAI-powered RAG and multi-agent systems.
  • Provide guidance on system architecture and system components.
  • Build TTD system components including LLM agents, routing, state management, vector stores, rerankers, and validation rules.
  • Develop prompt engineering and prompting strategies for LLM agents.
  • Run initiatives end to end, from business understanding through data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Analyze and interpret results to support technical recommendations.
  • Deliver high-quality technical solutions to customers.
  • Draw conclusions and recommendations, including expected business benefits.
  • Collaborate on business requirements gathering and translate needs into technical plans.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with the theory behind various deep learning concepts.
  • Experience with machine learning in Generative AI, especially LLM/LMM work with NLP or multimodal models.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical plans, including data processing, feature engineering, model evaluation, hypothesis testing, and deployment.
  • Fluency in Python and object-oriented programming.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and vector databases.
  • Solid experience with Databricks.
  • Knowledge of Deep Learning and GenAI libraries such as NumPy, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, LangGraph, and GenAI APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude.
  • Experience with microservice architectures.
  • Experience with code repositories and code assistants.
  • Experience working with Azure or GCP is a plus.
  • Commercial experience across Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision projects is a big plus.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions to customer problems.
  • Ability to lead junior team members.
