Description

  • Own positioning and messaging for NuORDER and its features.
  • Refine and lead the product and feature launch process with GTM Operations and Product Management.
  • Develop and manage a win-loss and voice-of-market program to gather customer, sales, and market feedback.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and provide regular updates on competitor positioning.
  • Lead customer marketing initiatives to drive product adoption, upsell, cross-sell, and churn reduction.
  • Develop and maintain ICP and persona insights to guide sales and marketing messaging.
  • Collaborate with Product and GTM Operations to identify friction points in the merchant journey and improve satisfaction and adoption.
  • Partner with GTM teams to equip the organization with messaging, collateral, and training.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of product launches and GTM campaigns.
  • Create feedback loops with Sales, Support, and Merchant Success and use research to inform messaging and product prioritization.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in product marketing, ideally in retail, wholesale, or B2B SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of wholesale operations and how retail merchants run their businesses.
  • Experience developing positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to synthesize customer insights and support data into actionable recommendations.
  • Proven collaboration skills working with Product, Sales, Support, and Enablement teams.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity with a proactive, continuous-improvement mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical features into merchant benefits.
  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research such as surveys, interviews, and support feedback.
  • Growth mindset and curiosity about the merchant journey.
  • MBA or Product Marketing Alliance certification is preferred.
  • Experience in Financial Services is a strong asset.
