Description

  • Lead outbound sales strategy for a given region, including market analysis and ICP segmentation.
  • Refine and optimize the outbound sales process from initial contact to opportunity creation.
  • Design and implement a data-driven lead scoring and prioritization system.
  • Use AI tools and automation platforms to improve lead generation, enablement, efficiency, and personalization at scale.
  • Establish closed-loop feedback with Sales to improve messaging and process based on won and lost opportunities.
  • Own lead assignment, territory design, and book reshuffles within the CRM to ensure optimal market coverage.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to align on GTM processes and rules of engagement.
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across outbound programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a strategic role such as Outbound Sales Manager, Sales Strategy, or Revenue Operations.
  • Experience with lead generation or prospecting, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to translate complex GTM plans into scalable sales processes.
  • Specific experience in territory management and sales organization design.
  • Deep expertise with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms such as Outreach or Salesloft.
  • Experience with list-building tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay.com, or D&B.
  • Experience using AI in a current or previous role, or strong interest in AI for sales automation, prospecting, and data enrichment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking metrics such as pipeline velocity and conversion rates.
