Description

  • Own and grow OKX’s presence in LATAM, a high-priority market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-value VIP traders, including regular quarterly touchpoints.
  • Develop and execute growth initiatives to increase daily active traders, trading volume, and retention.
  • Create and publish educational content, including long-form video, focused on trading strategies, market insights, and product education.
  • Plan and execute high-impact events for experienced traders and high-net-worth users.
  • Track and analyze campaign, content, and event performance to ensure ROI and control spend.
  • Support product launches and local activation strategies across LATAM.
  • Act as the local market voice and share insights and feedback with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in crypto, Web3, fintech, or trading platforms.
  • Strong understanding of trader behavior and the LATAM crypto market.
  • Proven track record of executing initiatives that drove measurable growth in users, engagement, volume, or retention.
  • Experience engaging high-value clients or VIP users.
  • Comfortable speaking publicly and/or creating on-camera content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs and measure conversion impact.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-execution environment.
  • Based in Mexico, with Mexico City preferred.
  • Fluent Spanish and professional English proficiency.
  • Experience working at a crypto exchange (preferred).
  • Existing network within Mexico’s crypto or trading ecosystem (preferred).
  • Experience organizing trading-focused events or meetups (preferred).
  • Exposure to broader LATAM markets (preferred).
  • Experience working in high-growth, APAC-paced organizations (preferred).
