Description

  • Research target markets such as SEA, LATAM, the Middle East, and parts of Europe and North America to identify high-conversion, non-mainstream acquisition channels.
  • Source and collaborate with overseas micro-influencers, grassroots creators, and KOCs to build long-term trust-driven partnerships.
  • Identify and execute co-marketing partnerships with retail stores, lifestyle apps, service platforms, and similar partners.
  • Tailor content and messaging to the cultural and contextual nuances of each channel and market.
  • Continuously optimize acquisition funnels using performance data.
  • Monitor competitors in less visible channels and move quickly to capture untapped traffic opportunities.
  • Build sustainable acquisition engines from vertical communities, regional platforms, offline partnerships, and niche communities.
  • Evaluate ROI across fragmented traffic sources and develop scalable growth models.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of international growth experience, ideally supporting Chinese companies going global.
  • Proven results in deep market penetration.
  • Strong instinct for long-tail channels such as Reddit threads, Telegram groups, communities, and offline markets.
  • Strong English or other language skills with cultural sensitivity to adapt strategies authentically.
  • High ownership and resilience, with comfort building from 0→1 in ambiguous, early-stage channels.
  • Data-driven execution skills and the ability to evaluate ROI across scattered traffic sources.
  • Overseas experience, including living, studying, or working abroad, is preferred.
  • Experience managing overseas field marketing teams or affiliate programs is preferred.
  • Proficiency in a second language such as Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic is preferred.
