Description

  • Identify and engage high-potential hospitality venues across Australia using multi-channel outreach (calls, email, social) to build a strong pipeline.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through demo, pricing negotiation, and close.
  • Book meetings and deliver tailored product demos, acting as a trusted advisor and positioning Lightspeed as a complete solution.
  • Lead pricing discussions and negotiate deals to drive strong commercial outcomes.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining accurate CRM data for forecasting.
  • Forecast pipeline and manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to support sales performance and planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer success and broader business growth.
  • Monitor industry trends and continuously refine outreach strategies to improve performance.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in outbound sales, including cold calling, re-engaging leads, and converting conversations into meetings.
  • Proven track record of high performance in previous sales roles.
  • Ability to forecast pipeline and manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • Full-cycle sales experience (prospecting through close) in a quota-driven environment.
  • Strong motivation to grow your career.
  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred).
  • Experience in the hospitality industry (preferred).
