Description

  • Own the end-to-end client delivery lifecycle from post-sale handoff through onboarding, implementation, adoption, and expansion.
  • Develop onboarding plans, implementation roadmaps, and adoption strategies.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent client implementations while maintaining quality, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Serve as the executive owner for client satisfaction, delivery success, and account health.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.
  • Lead complex client escalations and drive timely resolutions.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams during implementations.
  • Translate client objectives into scalable technical and operational execution plans.
  • Build and improve onboarding playbooks, implementation frameworks, and delivery workflows.
  • Monitor client health, adoption metrics, delivery performance, and implementation risks.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in Client Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, GTM Engineering, or Implementation Leadership.
  • Proven success managing enterprise or high-value client relationships.
  • Experience leading complex implementations and post-sales delivery programs.
  • Strong understanding of modern GTM technology stacks, workflow automation, and AI-enabled business processes.
  • Experience coordinating technical implementations and operational workflows.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Strong operational leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Experience managing multiple client implementations simultaneously.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and risk management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications or advanced professional training are a plus.
  • Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, or AI automation platforms is preferred.
  • Background scaling Client Delivery, Customer Success, Onboarding, or Professional Services is preferred.
  • Experience supporting workflow automations, CRM implementations, or technical integrations is preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS, AI startups, or high-growth technology companies is preferred.
