Description

  • Manage a portfolio of golf course customers and grow account value through product adoption and add-ons.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to identify churn risks and encourage use of new product launches.
  • Define customer success criteria and coordinate with Sales, Services, Support, and Product as needed.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for issues raised by larger customers.
  • Lead projects and initiatives that improve the customer experience and increase CSAT.
  • Identify reference account and marketing case study opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Track and report on portfolio health, including customer satisfaction and NPS.
  • Share product updates, process changes, and new add-on information with customers and internal teams.
  • Advocate for customers by surfacing product requests to the appropriate teams.
  • Conduct scope calls when needed to assess customer requirements and implementation needs.
  • Provide best practices to customers on POS and management workflows.
  • Contribute to broader team and regional initiatives and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience managing an extended and complete sales cycle.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer success.
  • Ability to understand customer business needs and recommend ways to improve business performance.
  • Bilingual English and French skills, spoken and written, are strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with major corporations and maintaining SLAs.
  • Passion for the golf industry and familiarity with industry best practices.
  • Consultative, analytical, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and organized work style.
  • Results-driven and metrics-oriented mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
  • Based in Montreal, Quebec is ideally preferred, with remote candidates within Canada also considered.
