Description

Lead development efforts and mentor junior team members.
Drive architectural and design decisions for software solutions.
Collaborate with Agile teams to refine requirements, estimate work, and support sprint activities.
Design and implement clean, efficient, well-documented code aligned with team standards.
Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.
Work with business, product management, QA, and hosting teams to support smooth rollouts across AWS environments.
Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
Use Jira, GitLab, SwaggerHub, and Bruno for project tracking, version control, API documentation, and testing.
Maintain and update documentation in Confluence.
Refactor code and share knowledge to support team maintainability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of advanced Java development experience.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles.
Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Solid foundation in software development processes, debugging, and testing.
Proven experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Ability to develop and integrate APIs.
Proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
Basic knowledge of network communications and distributed systems.
Working knowledge of Linux or Unix operating systems.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
Experience with Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE) or J2EE is a strong plus.
