Description

  • Lead company-wide IT operations across all program locations and ensure reliable day-to-day technology support.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of network and end-user devices, including procurement, patching, and decommissioning.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 and manage identity and access controls across the organization.
  • Oversee cybersecurity, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance, including risk assessments, incident response, and security controls.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contract renewals, service levels, and technology budgets.
  • Serve as the internal Salesforce administrator and platform owner for admissions, census management, utilization review, and business development workflows.
  • Own the Kipu EMR environment and support clinical workflows, integrations, and reporting.
  • Administer call center technology and troubleshoot systems that support admissions and patient access.
  • Oversee helpdesk support, employee onboarding and offboarding, and access provisioning.
  • Develop scalable IT strategy, reporting, automation opportunities, and data/BI infrastructure to support growth and acquisitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of IT management experience, including at least 3 years in a clinical healthcare environment.
  • Salesforce administration experience required; Salesforce Administrator experience strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Intune MDM, Entra ID, and Conditional Access.
  • Healthcare IT experience with applied HIPAA Security Rule knowledge, including a formal Security Risk Assessment and BAA management.
  • Clinical EMR administration experience required; Kipu experience strongly preferred, with another behavioral health EMR acceptable.
  • Experience administering call center technology; Salesforce CTI integration experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and tools, including NIST CSF, HIPAA technical safeguards, MDR/XDR, RBAC/PIM, EDR, MFA, encryption, firewalls/IPS, and patch management.
  • Strong troubleshooting, vendor management, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, maintain confidentiality, and present information effectively to a range of stakeholders.
  • Must pass an extensive background check and meet auto use policy requirements, including a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel 15–25% of the time and work remotely from home.
