Description

  • Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications.
  • Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, App Engine, and Service Portal.
  • Build workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and automation scripts.
  • Create custom widgets and UI components for the Service Portal.
  • Lead integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub, and third-party connectors.
  • Ensure platform security, compliance, RBAC, and data governance best practices.
  • Mentor and provide technical oversight to a team of ServiceNow developers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Work in an Agile environment and participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
  • Document technical solutions, workflows, and architecture designs.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
  • Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher.
  • 9+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development.
  • Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow Service Portal development, including widget customization and UI scripting.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and third-party APIs.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for ServiceNow deployment.
  • Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, GlideScript, and Flow Designer.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven leadership, mentoring, and team management experience.
  • Conflict resolution expertise to mitigate risks and support project success.
  • Preferred experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.
  • Preferred deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design.
  • Preferred experience with UI policies and business rules scripting.
  • Preferred proficiency with Integration Hub and complex integrations.

Benefits

  • Fully remote role working EST hours.
  • Full-time position.
  • Salary of $90,000–$115,000 annually, based on experience.
