Description

  • Administer and support Salesforce user setup, profiles, roles, custom fields, validation rules, page layouts, flows, and custom objects.
  • Design, build, and test new, modified, and custom functionality and workflows using declarative and code-based solutions.
  • Document project plans, requirements, and technical documentation for Salesforce initiatives of varying size.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, Salesforce teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Support and manage existing applications and third-party systems integrated with Salesforce.
  • Document changes for QA testing and release readiness.
  • Track expectations and communicate project status internally.
  • Use data-driven analysis to support decision-making and results-oriented execution.
  • Perform other assigned duties related to Salesforce administration and delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator (required).
  • Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (preferred).
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
  • Proficiency in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and data integration tools.
  • Experience using ETL tools and Data Loader to manipulate data for Salesforce loads.
  • Experience in the design, development, and implementation of CRM platforms.
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration (a plus).
  • Experience with Heroku (a plus).
  • Experience with Conga (strong plus).
  • Experience with Data Cloud, Field Service, Service Cloud, and Case Management (a plus).
  • Experience working in hyper-growth and heavy acquisition environments (strongly preferred).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Remote work eligibility in the UK only; no work sponsorship available.
