Description

  • Support the full Salesforce software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Work on multiple projects concurrently, including internal research and development initiatives of varying scope and complexity.
  • Interface with internal and external customers to define requirements and enhancements.
  • Handle escalations and manage incidents with customers and stakeholders.
  • Participate in and help improve the software development process across the full life cycle.
  • Automate and improve development workflows, including test automation and evaluation tools.

Requirements

  • Experience in Salesforce development.
  • Experience with Apex development, Visualforce development, and Lightning component development.
  • Experience with SOQL and building SOQL queries.
  • Experience with web services, APIs, and integrations.
  • Experience migrating customizations across Salesforce environments.
  • Experience with standard development tools for bug tracking, version control, monitoring, and cloud-based deployments.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Good communication skills with team members and customer representatives.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and collaborate or support other team members.
  • Familiarity with .NET technologies and C# (preferred).
  • Familiarity with development in AWS (preferred).
  • Familiarity with other CRM tools (preferred).
