Description

  • Supervise and support a distributed team of Nurse Practitioners providing telehealth care across multiple specialties.
  • Provide real-time clinical guidance and escalation support for complex patient cases.
  • Ensure adherence to evidence-based guidelines, company protocols, and patient safety standards.
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing education for Nurse Practitioners.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, chart reviews, and competency assessments.
  • Mentor clinicians to improve clinical decision-making, documentation quality, and patient experience.
  • Address performance concerns and support corrective action plans when needed.
  • Perform routine chart audits and help maintain documentation accuracy and compliance.
  • Partner with operations to improve provider scheduling, coverage, patient flow, and overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, pharmacy, customer support, compliance, and legal teams on platform improvements, protocols, and regulatory readiness.

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure preferred.
  • National board certification, such as FNP or AGNP.
  • 3+ years of clinical experience, including telehealth experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in a leadership, supervisory, or lead clinician role.
  • Strong knowledge of telehealth regulations across multiple states.
  • Experience in at least one core service line: urgent care, weight management, men’s health, or women’s health.
  • Licensure in multiple states, or willingness to obtain it, is preferred.
  • Experience managing distributed or remote clinical teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and telehealth platforms is preferred.
  • Background in quality assurance, chart auditing, or clinical operations is preferred.
