Description

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for senior technical roles, from hiring-manager intake through offer and handoff.
  • Lead intake calls to define required skills, certifications, seniority, domain expertise, and English proficiency.
  • Build ranked, qualified candidate pipelines using AI-assisted sourcing and enrichment tools.
  • Maintain accurate requisition stages, scorecards, and recruiting data in Greenhouse to support TA KPIs.
  • Use Claude and similar AI tools for job descriptions, candidate summaries, interview preparation, outreach, and market mapping.
  • Advise clients on LATAM talent availability, compensation expectations, engagement models, and time-to-fill.
  • Mentor mid-level recruiters and develop recruiting playbooks, prompts, and workflow improvements.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of technical recruiting experience, including meaningful agency, staffing, or RPO experience.
  • Proven experience recruiting for Salesforce roles or Cybersecurity roles.
  • Hands-on daily experience with Greenhouse or a comparable modern ATS, with strong data discipline.
  • Fluency using AI recruiting tools such as Metaview, Noon, or Claude to build repeatable workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of LATAM technology talent markets, particularly Argentina and Brazil.
  • Professional or advanced written and spoken English.
  • Ability to manage US-based stakeholders and provide data-backed recommendations.
  • Permanent authorization to work in the country of residence without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Portuguese proficiency (preferred).
  • Experience across both Salesforce and Cybersecurity searches, AI interviewing or structured evaluation frameworks, or TA metrics and dashboard improvement (preferred).
