Description

  • Develop and build relationships with new broker partners to support business growth.
  • Manage and grow existing pre-settlement and medical lien broker relationships.
  • Direct transactions through the submission-to-funding stage.
  • Oversee communication with brokers and attorneys, including initiating contact and following up on questions.
  • Answer broker and attorney questions throughout the relationship and transaction process.
  • Manage pre-settlement contracts from brokers and work with customers to execute them.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the pre-settlement or medical lien field is a plus.
  • Personal injury knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively with sales professionals and other high-energy personalities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
  • Ability to manage professional and executive relationships that require a high-touch approach.
  • Excellent telephone and written communication skills for communicating with C-suite executives.
  • Must be self-driven, motivated, high energy, and eager to take ownership of sales channels.
