Description

  • Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Field Operations, Centralized Services, Product Management, and Implementation to align work with client needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client portfolios and partner with clients on tailored growth strategies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client communications and build strong client relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, client feedback, and industry shifts to inform growth strategies.
  • Lead client retention efforts by ensuring service excellence and timely issue resolution.
  • Document client interactions, sales activity, and growth metrics to support strategic direction.
  • Achieve or exceed account growth and upsell targets.
  • Work with clients to keep projects within budget and adjust for unforeseen costs.
  • Solicit and act on client feedback regarding satisfaction and service needs.
  • Monitor and report client KPI and success metrics.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
  • Property management experience is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs and pain points related to maintenance operations and project execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and business tools such as data analytics software, spreadsheets, project management platforms, and communication software.
  • Financial analysis skills and the ability to make decisions based on financial data and profit margins.
  • Conflict resolution skills to address disputes effectively.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple accounts and projects.
  • Stakeholder management experience working across multiple customer functional departments.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly, escalate issues when needed, and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
