Description

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for new prospects and existing accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Drive full-cycle sales activities, including lead qualification, cold calling, product presentations, quoting, and closing deals.
  • Promote and sell fluid handling, rotating equipment, pumps, seals, and related services.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through regular on-site visits and consultative service.
  • Collaborate with inside sales and technical support teams to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Use CRM tools and other resources to manage territory activity, pipeline, and time effectively.
  • Manage sales efforts across Cleveland and surrounding areas.
  • Support business growth through direct sales and service of industrial equipment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of industrial sales experience, preferably in fluid process, fluid handling, or fluid filtration systems.
  • Previous experience selling industrial pumps, seals, and/or pump repair services is beneficial.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Suite of office products.
  • Ability to learn and effectively use a CRM system.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel locally for on-site customer visits.
