Description

  • Lead the development and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns from concept through launch and optimization.
  • Translate high-level marketing strategy into actionable campaign plans that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Write strategic creative briefs that define objectives, audiences, messaging, and success metrics.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets.
  • Drive audience growth and engagement across digital channels such as social, email, and distribution platforms.
  • Manage campaign timelines, marketing calendars, and cross-functional workflows to ensure on-time execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns to improve results.
  • Track and report conversion metrics including ticket sales, subscriptions, and customer acquisition.
  • Apply direct-to-consumer and subscription model expertise to support growth, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, production, and growth teams to keep initiatives aligned.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience.
  • Background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience marketing entertainment content, such as film, television, streaming, or live events.
  • Proven success executing full-funnel campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes such as ticket sales or subscriptions.
  • Strong understanding of direct-to-consumer and subscription-based business models.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams from strategy through execution.
  • Experience writing creative briefs and leading cross-functional campaign development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Preferred experience in a studio, streaming platform, or similar media environment.
