Description

Develop and iterate the promotional calendar to drive revenue targets and improve campaign impact.
Identify customer-, country-, and segment-specific promotion opportunities while balancing global consistency with regional needs.
Work with Vendor Relations Managers to secure vendor-funded discounts and increase vendor participation.
Partner with Customer Success and customers to improve program adoption, engagement, and redemptions.
Identify opportunities to improve marketplace conversion through promotions and merchandising initiatives.
Partner with Product and Engineering to enhance promotion tools and features.
Lead campaign planning, creative asset coordination, setup, testing, execution, and performance measurement.
Customize promotions for geographic, tier-based, and product-specific customer segments.
Track, analyze, and report on promotion performance, including executive-level reporting.
Use campaign learnings and market trends to recommend improvements and scale successful initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in promotions, marketplace operations, e-commerce, partner marketing, category management, or a related discipline.
Experience with cross-channel marketing platforms; Iterable is an asset.
Proficiency with data visualization tools; Tableau and Amplitude are assets.
Strong analytical and campaign execution experience.
Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
Ability to develop executive-level reporting and performance insights.
Familiarity with e-commerce promotion best practices and emerging trends.
Relevant skills, experience, and certifications may influence final compensation.

$85,000 to $94,000 expected compensation range.
