Description

  • Lead client discovery workshops and translate business requirements into HubSpot solution designs.
  • Architect tailored HubSpot solutions and independently build complex technical components.
  • Develop custom-coded actions, programmable automation, custom objects, integrations, and HubSpot AI features.
  • Lead legacy-platform data migrations and review code and builds produced by junior colleagues.
  • Own system testing, client sign-off, go-live, training, and user adoption activities.
  • Serve as the primary technical client liaison, managing expectations, scope, and timeline discussions.
  • Support pre-sales by scoping and estimating work and enforcing change control on active projects.
  • Use AI tools to improve specifications, code, testing protocols, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of hands-on HubSpot implementation experience, preferably with a HubSpot Solutions Partner agency or technical consultancy.
  • Advanced, current HubSpot expertise, including AI features such as Breeze agents and AI workflow actions.
  • End-to-end solution design experience spanning discovery, architecture, testing, and launch.
  • Deep technical proficiency in at least three HubSpot Hubs, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Data Hub.
  • Experience building custom-coded actions, programmable automation, custom objects, calculated properties, and multi-pipeline architectures.
  • Integration experience using APIs, webhooks, and middleware such as Zapier, Make, or Workato.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent technical documentation skills for solution designs, specifications, and handover notes.
  • Dedicated quiet workspace and reliable backup internet connection.
  • HubSpot Solutions Architecture Design accreditation, CMS development experience, enterprise data-migration experience, commercial scoping experience, or junior mentoring experience (preferred).
