Description

  • Own the overall solution architecture for assigned client implementations and event programs.
  • Design scalable, innovative solutions that account for client requirements, integrations, and technical feasibility.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to VP- and C-suite-level client stakeholders.
  • Lead strategic discovery sessions, solution design discussions, and post-conference reviews.
  • Collaborate with Solution Consultants, project managers, technical teams, and leadership to drive successful implementation.
  • Oversee timelines, quality standards, scope, resource allocation, and deliverable expectations across client portfolios.
  • Ensure thorough QA and propose alternative solutions when gaps or inefficiencies are identified.
  • Mentor and develop Solution Consultants and support knowledge sharing within the implementation team.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, presentations, case studies, and social content.
  • Help improve consulting processes, methodologies, and cross-functional knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software implementation experience, including deep experience implementing SaaS platforms for enterprise clients.
  • 3-5 years of experience in SaaS event technology, with RainFocus experience preferred.
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and translating complex requirements, configurations, and integrations across multiple systems.
  • Proven ability to own solution architecture for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise executive-level stakeholders and align solutions with long-term business strategy.
  • Track record of creating efficiencies through process design, driving adoption, and measuring impact.
  • Experience in event technology, marketing technology, or enterprise B2B SaaS implementation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and clients.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SQL, and/or JSON for advanced customization and integration needs.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
  • Extensive experience with APIs and complex enterprise system integrations.
  • Background contributing to industry thought leadership, such as whitepapers, conference presentations, or social media content.
  • Demonstrated mentorship experience developing Solution Consultants or equivalent implementation professionals.
