Description

  • Lead performance marketing strategy by translating client business goals into multi-channel marketing plans that drive measurable growth.
  • Own client relationships and build trust with senior stakeholders through proactive communication and strategic recommendations.
  • Connect paid media, SEO, creative, data, CRM, websites, CRO, and reporting to improve performance.
  • Speak credibly about Google Ads, paid social, and broader paid media performance.
  • Identify performance issues early by analyzing trends, asking better questions, and preventing client escalations.
  • Challenge client assumptions when needed in service of performance goals and business outcomes.
  • Manage a focused portfolio of accounts with enough depth to understand each client’s business, risks, and performance drivers.
  • Partner with internal media, SEO, creative, analytics, and strategy teams to keep work moving and priorities aligned.
  • Turn reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis into actionable client insights.
  • Maintain accurate budgets, forecasts, timelines, documentation, and communication.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a performance marketing agency.
  • Account leadership experience in a performance environment, ideally as an Account Director or with a background in marketing, paid media, analytics, or campaign management.
  • Google Ads fluency is required.
  • Understanding of how the modern marketing ecosystem connects, including paid media, SEO, creative, data, CRM, websites, CRO, and analytics.
  • Strong paid media strategy knowledge, especially across search and social channels.
  • Experience managing client relationships, leading strategic conversations, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing a focused book of clients, roughly 3 to 8 accounts.
  • Experience working with clients spending at least $50K/month in media per client; $100K+/month is strongly preferred.
  • Business-first mindset focused on revenue, pipeline, lead quality, conversion paths, customer journeys, and business outcomes.
  • Comfort working with dashboards, reporting tools, Google Analytics, and data visualization.
  • B2B, lead generation, or complex-sale experience is a major plus.
  • Experience with Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, CRM, CRO, or other channel fluency is preferred.
  • Experience in financial services, healthcare, education, SaaS, or other considered-purchase verticals is preferred.
  • Experience mentoring account team members or coordinating cross-functional delivery teams is preferred.
  • This role is open only to U.S. and Canada residents; visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
