Description

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for assigned offerings, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and packaging.
  • Partner with Product Management and Revenue Operations to define KPIs and support successful launches.
  • Conduct market research on target audiences, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for product and commercial teams.
  • Own the development of value propositions and messaging aligned with corporate brand standards.
  • Collaborate with Enablement to create sales tools, training, and resources.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, prospects, and internal teams to maintain buyer personas and customer journey maps.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as adoption, retention, and revenue impact.
  • Recommend strategies to improve product positioning and customer growth.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B software or SaaS product marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to synthesize data and insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with developer or design tools, APIs, or platforms is preferred.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX or digital accessibility is preferred.
  • Experience with AI-native or agentic AI offerings is preferred.
  • Background in leveraging AI tools in product marketing and go-to-market processes is preferred.
