Description

  • Manage and execute go-to-market project plans for three annual product releases across cross-functional teams.
  • Support product marketing content and strategy for major global conferences, including Inspire and World Tour.
  • Own the refresh of product marketing assets, sales enablement materials, and roadmap updates.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, marketing teams, and sales enablement to keep launch plans on track.
  • Manage content postings in the Coupa Community portal and monitor customer questions and comments.
  • Coordinate timely SME responses and partner with the Community Experience team to complete assigned deliverables.
  • Use generative AI tools to improve workflows, scale content creation, and increase process efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing project management, or a related field in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables for large-scale initiatives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across organizational lines with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • A strategic mindset aligned with Coupa’s core values and long-term goals.
  • Demonstrated ability or strong desire to use AI tools for operational efficiency.
  • Flexibility to work overlapping hours with PST and EST time zones.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms such as Highspot or Seismic is preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau or Salesforce.com is preferred.
  • Background or interest in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance SaaS solutions is preferred.
