Description

  • Maintain and improve a multi-cloud infrastructure that supports the company’s accessibility solutions.
  • Implement and manage scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure on AWS with cost optimization in mind.
  • Support Kubernetes clusters by deploying applications and managing configurations.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve software delivery reliability and speed.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure deployment and architecture best practices.
  • Implement observability and monitoring solutions using Datadog and CloudWatch to maintain system reliability.
  • Apply GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or FluxCD to automate deployments.
  • Contribute to infrastructure and process documentation for consistency and knowledge sharing.
  • Assist with compliance efforts related to security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
  • Participate in incident response and on-call rotations as required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, site reliability engineering (SRE), or a related role.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, or GitHub Actions.
  • Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies including Amazon EKS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
  • Proficiency with Git-based workflows and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or FluxCD.
  • Experience configuring and deploying Helm charts.
  • Strong Bash scripting skills; familiarity with Python and AWS Lambda is a plus.
  • Knowledge of observability tools such as Datadog and AWS CloudWatch.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud and AKS is preferred.
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP compliance requirements or regulated environments is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI/ML-driven solutions that enhance DevOps workflows is preferred.
