Description

  • Conduct deep-dive exploratory analyses to uncover user pain points, product usage patterns, and key moments in the application journey.
  • Collaborate with product teams to build reusable or ad hoc data views that inform strategy, design, and development decisions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL or scripting languages to provide visibility into product performance.
  • Track product launches and A/B experiments, and monitor system and product performance after release.
  • Perform quality checks on analytics events and recommend improvements to strengthen product measurement.
  • Participate in agile processes from design through implementation and deployment.
  • Identify trends and conversion opportunities within the loan origination process.
  • Work with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and ensure proper success measurement for new features.
  • Create anomaly detection to flag behavioral shifts that may indicate production issues.
  • Analyze verification flows and identify opportunities for automation with product and ML/AI teams.
  • Measure internal team performance across underwriting, sales, and funding functions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis or product analysis.
  • Strong SQL expertise, including complex queries with CTEs and window functions.
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience with DBT is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Python and Git.
  • Strong background in experimentation and statistical analysis.
  • Experience with product analytics tools such as Heap, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and business acumen.
  • Creative, proactive, organized, and growth-minded.
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal.
  • CV must be submitted in English only.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary of $50,000 to $58,000 per year.
