Description

  • Analyze large raw datasets from Salesforce, Snowflake, and third-party tools to identify trends and gaps in business processes.
  • Drive data cleanliness by tracing input sources and working with stakeholders to reduce noise.
  • Build and enable consolidated reporting in BI tools.
  • Work with operational stakeholders to define and develop reports and dashboards.
  • Create reporting and analytics resources that improve visibility into operational inefficiencies and business health.
  • Quantify opportunities, perform journey mapping, and support roadmap creation for business planning and strategic decisions.
  • Help scope end-to-end initiatives by identifying business problems and defining measurable impact metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Operations, Product, and Engineering.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis or product analysis.
  • Strong SQL expertise, including complex queries, CTEs, and window functions.
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience with DBT is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Python and Git.
  • Strong background in data experimentation and statistical analysis.
  • Experience with product analytics tools such as Heap, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, including experience preparing materials for executive audiences.
  • Experience developing and executing roadmaps with clear milestones.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a bias toward action and continuous iteration.
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal.
