Description

  • Research products online and identify identical items across multiple sources.
  • Analyse, create, and edit product information according to internal guidelines.
  • Verify and validate product data for accuracy and completeness by cross-referencing sources.
  • Compare product details to determine whether items are the same or different.
  • Identify variations and inconsistencies in product attributes such as name, description, and specifications.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies found during data validation.
  • Document issues and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Use the internal platform to register and monitor data quality.
  • Analyse product defects and determine actions needed to resolve them.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, sales, or a related field is a plus.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot patterns, anomalies, and inconsistencies.
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task without compromising quality standards.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work with new tools.
  • Advanced IT skills.
  • Advanced English skills.
