Description

  • Lead customer implementations from kickoff and discovery through data acquisition, solution design, product configuration, validation, and rollout.
  • Partner with Customer Success, product, engineering, clinical, and operational teams to configure workflows accurately and effectively.
  • Conduct discovery and design sessions with clinical and operational stakeholders to understand current workflows and operational goals.
  • Translate perioperative leadership needs into optimized workflows and drive stakeholder alignment throughout implementation.
  • Communicate technical data, integration, and setup requirements to customer IT and operations teams.
  • Configure the product to reflect customer workflows, including block build, scheduling, access management, and OR utilization optimization.
  • Design and execute validation and user acceptance testing before go-live to ensure functionality, data accuracy, and workflow alignment.
  • Troubleshoot issues by navigating complex data sets, validating inputs, and supporting implementation decisions.
  • Lead change management efforts to drive adoption and establish the product as the source of truth for OR analytics and related workflows.
  • Monitor implementation progress, identify risks proactively, and ensure readiness for successful go-live.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of related experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a client- or customer-facing healthcare role, such as consulting, implementation, or hospital operations.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills with experience working with complex datasets.
  • Experience working with healthcare IT systems and data; familiarity with EHRs is preferred.
  • Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and driving alignment in complex environments.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and clinical partners.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management skills, including managing multiple workstreams and coordinating cross-functional teams with high attention to detail.
  • Strong familiarity with project management tools and best practices.
  • Experience in perioperative or surgical environments is preferred; enterprise software implementation experience is a plus.
  • Process improvement experience and Lean or Six Sigma training are preferred.
  • A graduate degree such as an MS, MHA, or MBA is a plus.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Ability to travel up to 20–50% to customer sites.
  • Remote work is limited to approved states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, IA, IL, KS, MO, MT, NV, OR, TX, UT, and WA.
