Description

  • Lead customer implementations from kickoff and discovery through data acquisition, solution design, configuration, validation, and rollout.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure workflows are designed and configured accurately and optimally.
  • Conduct discovery and design sessions with clinical and operational stakeholders.
  • Communicate technical requirements to customer IT and operations teams and coordinate required security and audit activities.
  • Design and execute unit and user acceptance testing to validate functionality, data accuracy, and workflow configurations before go-live.
  • Troubleshoot data issues by navigating complex database structures and gathering technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager on status reporting and proactive communication.
  • Continuously improve implementation processes, outcomes, documentation, and collateral.
  • Travel to customer sites up to 25-50%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a client- or customer-facing role such as management consulting, customer success, or implementation management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a quantitative and data-intensive role.
  • Experience with healthcare IT systems, including EHR data structures, HL7 messaging standards, and healthcare interoperability frameworks.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and clinical functions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong familiarity with project management tools and best practices.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25-50%.
  • Experience working on enterprise software products is preferred.
  • Experience and passion for process improvement and Lean or Six Sigma training is preferred.
  • A graduate degree such as an MS, MHA, or MBA is preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
