Description

  • Own the reporting infrastructure for assigned verticals from raw data ingestion through final dashboard delivery.
  • Audit existing reporting, identify discrepancies and redundancies, and create a roadmap to standardize dashboards and data sources.
  • Build, standardize, and improve dashboards and reporting suites that are adopted and understood by stakeholders.
  • Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover trends and connect data to business decisions.
  • Conduct retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance.
  • Translate business context into actionable analytics and recommend next steps, not just report findings.
  • Execute ad hoc reporting requests accurately while maintaining business context and data quality.
  • Develop trusted analytical partnerships by educating stakeholders on best practices and self-service analytics.
  • Track full-funnel metrics and proactively surface insights that improve decision-making.
  • Understand and work within LookML structures, including making changes with awareness of downstream impacts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
  • Direct experience with performance marketing or affiliate marketing.
  • Expert-level SQL skills and comfort working with unstructured, complex data.
  • Experience extracting accurate insights from raw, messy, third-party data without relying on clean models.
  • Advanced LookML development experience, or equivalent experience in Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience owning reporting end-to-end, from pipeline to dashboard.
  • Strong ability to standardize reporting and build data-literate stakeholder teams.
  • Curiosity and business depth, with the ability to ask strong questions before building or analyzing.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with business teams and communicate insights with appropriate context.
  • Preferred mindset for moving from technical executor to analytical partner over time.
