Description

  • Own the reporting infrastructure that supports decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
  • Partner closely with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover trends and connect data to business decisions.
  • Audit existing dashboards and reporting to identify discrepancies, redundancies, and inconsistencies.
  • Build, standardize, and improve dashboards and reporting suites that teams will actually use and trust.
  • Conduct retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, CAC performance, and full-funnel metrics.
  • Translate business context into actionable insights and recommend next steps, not just present findings.
  • Develop trusted data sources and reporting structures that improve self-service analytics and data consumption efficiency.
  • Work end-to-end from raw data ingestion through final dashboard ownership for assigned verticals.
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests with accuracy and business context.
  • Challenge stakeholders with insights they may not currently be seeing and help drive adoption of data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, with direct exposure to performance or affiliate marketing.
  • Expert SQL skills and comfort working with unstructured, complex, messy third-party data.
  • Experience building, standardizing, and owning reporting end-to-end, from pipeline to dashboard.
  • Advanced LookML development experience, or equivalent experience in Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong ability to trace data discrepancies to the source and validate conclusions with analytical rigor.
  • Ability to connect data analysis to business levers such as campaign performance, conversion rates, and revenue per session.
  • Curiosity and strong business depth, with a focus on asking questions before building or analyzing.
  • Experience partnering closely with business stakeholders to uncover trends and support decisions.
  • Comfort working in a role that requires proactive ownership and strong communication.
  • Preferred mindset of growing from a technical executor into a trusted analytical partner.
