Description

  • Own the reporting infrastructure that supports decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
  • Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Audit existing reporting to identify discrepancies, redundancies, and inconsistencies across dashboards.
  • Standardize reporting and develop trusted data sources to improve efficiency and self-service analytics.
  • Execute ad hoc analysis on experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that are adopted and understood by stakeholders.
  • Conduct retrospective analyses that connect data to business decisions and outcomes.
  • Develop deep business understanding of assigned verticals and their key performance levers.
  • Work closely with messy, complex, third-party data and support the full reporting pipeline from ingestion to final dashboard.
  • Recommend actions based on analysis and serve as a proactive analytical partner to the business.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
  • Direct exposure to performance marketing or affiliate marketing.
  • Expert SQL skills.
  • Experience working with unstructured, messy, complex data and third-party data sources.
  • Advanced LookML development experience, or equivalent experience in Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience owning reporting end-to-end from pipeline to dashboard.
  • Strong ability to trace data discrepancies to their source before drawing conclusions.
  • Comfortable building reporting that drives adoption and data literacy across teams.
  • Curiosity and business acumen, with a track record of asking the right questions before building.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders and communicate insights with context.
