Description

  • Own the reporting infrastructure for assigned business verticals from raw data ingestion through final dashboard delivery.
  • Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover trends and support decision-making.
  • Audit existing dashboards and reporting usage to identify discrepancies, redundancies, and inconsistencies.
  • Standardize reporting across verticals and build trusted, reusable data sources.
  • Conduct retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance.
  • Translate business context into data work and connect analysis to actions that improve performance.
  • Develop and maintain complex data models and reporting layers with awareness of downstream impacts.
  • Deliver ad hoc analyses with accuracy and business context.
  • Build stakeholder trust through education, best practices, and self-service analytics enablement.
  • Recommend actions based on findings rather than only delivering reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
  • Direct exposure to performance marketing or affiliate marketing.
  • Expert SQL skills and comfort working with unstructured, complex data.
  • Experience building reporting ownership end-to-end, from pipeline to dashboard.
  • Advanced LookML development experience or equivalent experience in Power BI or Tableau.
  • Ability to work with messy, complex, third-party data.
  • Strong analytical rigor and ability to trace discrepancies to the source.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and proactive ownership skills.
  • Curiosity and business acumen to become a trusted analytical partner.
  • Experience partnering closely with business teams to uncover trends and inform decisions.
  • Base salary of $120,000 to $150,000 per year, paid semi-monthly.
